Individual coaching will allow you to dive deep and focus solely on you. You will learn to fall in love with yourself, trust yourself and take care of yourself first. This will enable you to discover your passion, do more, BE more and live your life on purpose. If you are not clear on your purpose, no worries! We will be exploring what your purpose is to help you gain clarity on it and help you move in the direction you were meant to. Sessions are conducted one hour, once a week via phone or in person depending on your location until your process is complete. You also have unlimited email access to your coach!

Each coaching program is customized to fit the individual's needs and prices vary. Coaching can be done on an hourly basis or a customized package for seven, 12 or 24 weeks will be created to fit your needs.
