Can I heal everyone and everything? No. I am a healer - but so are you! What I am doing is activating your own healing abilities and channeling your higher powers. Besides, not everything is supposed to be healed. I have found dis-ease or pains are our bodies way of communicating with us and often times the only way the Divine can get our attention. There is always learning in these times. If I took all of it away, I would also be taking away the learning and that is robbing you of that gift.
Our greatest learnings come in our greatest challenges.I always pray to only take what is not necessary and for the learning to come as easily as possible.
I've heard it said that healers should not charge for their services, and for a long time I didn't charge for my services. I found myself feeling embarrassed or shameful if someone insisted on paying me. This greatly affected my abilities and caused many blocks for me. I worked through many challenges and spent many years educating myself and improving my abilities. They have a tremendous value. Saying that I should not be compensated for them because they are not always tangible is like saying counselors, therapists, and hypnotists should also not be paid — which I would hope you would agree is absolutely ridiculous.
Remember that any healing situation involves two people. The healer cannot influence the client unless the client is accepting of the concept and the energy that is being delivered. If the clients doubt, they put up a blockade or a filter in front of the energy coming to them. This is even true in western medicine: if patients do not believe that the medication prescribed by their physician will help them, they can block the effects of the pills.
